Howdy! My name is James Townson and I am excited to be back and serving the Waco community. I was born and raised just outside of Waco in Whitney, Texas. I completed my three year residency program at the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where I was honored to serve those who served our country. My three years of extensive surgical training consisted of pediatrics, diabetic wound care, sports medicine, rear foot/ankle reconstructive surgery including arthroscopy, ligament and tendon repair, lower extremity fractures, total ankle replacement and Charcot reconstruction. Additionally, I was trained on Poseti Clubfoot casting to treat wee little ones born with clubfeet.
